Service
We shall provide you with the Services subject to the Conditions of the Subscription. An Activation email will be sent to you within 24 Hours of the purchase of your subscription. However, if you are not able to get the message using the email you have provided us, then you should contact our support team as soon as possible (via Email, Phone or Chat Live).
Usage Terms and Minimum Age
You may not either directly or through the use of any device, software, internet site, web-based service, or other means, re-stream, distribute, broadcast or transmit the content.
In order to become a member and utilize the IPTV BLAZE services, you must be 18 years old or older.
Quality of streams
A perfect viewing experience relies upon your network access and device capabilities. The elements will be based on your location, internet capacity, the number of devices connected to the same network, the content you have chosen, and the configuration of the device you are using. Subsequently, IPTV BLAZE can’t make any guarantees about the content in these regards. Please note sharing a subscription will result in permanent suspension or device ban.
Accuracy of information
All the data you submit to our database must be accurate and updated. You are responsible for all utilization of your account. Any false informations, Misrepresentation or false claim which is related to fraud will definitely leads to an immediate suspension with no refund guaranteed.
Capability, Internet and data usage
In order to access the services, you must use devices that meet the system and compatibility prerequisites that we establish in our Support.
You are in charge of any expenses related to your network access used to get to our services.
Subscription contract and Payment
(a). You agree to pay us the full Subscription Payments as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the Payment Option you have chosen.
(b). We may change the Subscriptions Prices at any time and will be applicable on your next purchase.
(c). We may make special promotional offers from time to time during the Term. These special promotional offers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Cancelation/Termination and Refund
This Contract is valid for the Term subject to our right to terminate due to your breach.
(a). We shall not refund any Subscription Payments or other payments made under this contract if the subscription is already activated. Except for the following case : Streaming Server issue out of customer control.
(b). At the end of the subscription period your subscription will NOT be renewed automatically, you’ll need to renew Manually. Otherwise, the streaming line will be expired and suspended.
Sharing a subscription, restreaming or broadcasting
The content on Streaming Services provided by IPTV BLAZE for Trials and Official Subscriptions may not be re-streamed, broadcasted, distributed or transmitted by either direct or indirect sources through any device, software, web-based service, internet sites or any other means. We’re taking violations very seriously, as a result, any violations will lead to an permanent suspension with no refund.
Service Liability
(a). We are NOT responsible for any fault in any of the Equipment caused by your tampering with it, your negligence or failure of Set up, Third Party Streaming Players and Restrictions caused by ISP (Internet Service Providers).
(b). You are responsible to use the service accordance with the laws of your Country.
(c). Downgrade/Server Change will not be allowed during the Term of the subscriptions.
(d). We will not be liable in case of any bugs or content that might be harmful for our servers functioning / any loss or damage caused by our employees or agents / failure to provide the Service caused by events outside our reasonable control / unlawful activities such us piracy against our streaming servers.
Suspension and Downtime
In the extension of our rights to end or suspend your access delineated above, you acknowledge that: your access and usage of the services might be suspended for the length of any sudden or unscheduled downtime or unavailability of any portion or all of the services for any reason.
All correspondences and notice to be made or offered in understanding with this Agreement ought to be in the English language. We maintain all authority to instantly end or limit your use of the services or access to content at any time, without notice or liability, if IPTV BLAZE determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, disregarded any law, rule, or regulation.
The IPTV BLAZE logo, and other IPTV BLAZE marks, graphics, scripts, are trademarks of IPTV BLAZE. None of the IPTV BLAZE trademarks may be copied, downloaded, or otherwise exploited.
