This DMCA Policy (“Policy”) applies to IPTVBLAZE (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “IPTV BLAZE) and governs the procedure for reporting claims of copyright infringement. IPTVBLAZE does not host or store any audiovisual content, streams, or media files. All content originates solely from independent third-party IPTV providers.

By using IPTVBLAZE, You (“User”, “Customer”) acknowledge this Policy.

No Hosting or Control of Content

IPTVBLAZE does not:

Host, store, or distribute video, audio, or IPTV content

Provide M3U, Xtream codes, or other media for public distribution

All content accessed by users comes directly from Third-Party Providers, over which IPTVBLAZE has no control.

Submission of Notices

IPTVBLAZE will only process notices that meet the following requirements:

  1. The notice must explicitly claim a copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or equivalent local copyright law.

  2. Notices must be in writing, sent via email to: dmca@iptvblaze.com with the subject line: “DMCA Notice”.

  3. The notice must include:

    • Full name, address, email, and phone number of the rights holder (or authorized agent)

    • Identification of the copyrighted work(s) allegedly infringed

    • Precise URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on IPTVBLAZE’s website

    • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that the complainant is the rights holder or authorized agent

    • A physical or electronic signature

Any notice that does not meet these criteria will NOT be processed. IPTVBLAZE reserves the right to ignore unrelated complaints, spam, or notices that are incomplete, ambiguous, or non-DMCA in nature.

 

Limitation of Obligations

Even for proper DMCA notices:

IPTVBLAZE does not remove content hosted by Third-Party Providers.

IPTVBLAZE may remove or modify descriptive graphics, logos, or text references on our website if requested.

IPTVBLAZE is not responsible for any streams, M3U URLs, or media content delivered via Third-Party Providers.

IPTVBLAZE has no obligation to investigate or verify claims outside the scope of this Policy.

 

Counter-Notification

If a user believes that material on the IPTVBLAZE website has been removed in error:

  • They may submit a counter-notice with a statement under penalty of perjury explaining why the material is not infringing.

  • IPTVBLAZE will review counter-notices but retains full discretion in handling any content hosted by Third-Party Providers.

  • IPTVBLAZE may forward counter-notices to the original complainant if legally required.

No Waiver of Rights

IPTVBLAZE reserves the right to:

  • Reject DMCA notices that do not comply with this Policy

  • Take any legal steps necessary to protect itself against frivolous or malicious claims

  • Seek legal remedies for false or abusive submissions

No Legal Responsibility for User Activity

IPTVBLAZE is not responsible for:

  • Content accessed using third-party IPTV services

  • Unauthorized or unlawful use by Customers

  • Copyright or licensing violations caused by user behavior

  • Any actions taken by ISPs, copyright owners, or authorities
