This Fair Use Policy (“Policy”) governs all use of IPTVBLAZE (“IPTV BLAZE”, “we”, “us”, and “our”) website, services, digital products, and communications. By accessing or using IPTVBLAZE, you (“User”, “Customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.

 

Purpose of This Policy

This Policy is designed to:

  • Ensure lawful, responsible use of IPTV services

  • Protect the rights of copyright owners and content providers

  • Prevent abuse, misuse, and illegal activities

  • Maintain the integrity of the service supplied by Third-Party Providers

IPTVBLAZE does not host, store, or transmit any content and acts solely as an independent reseller.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Customers agree to use IPTV services only for lawful and legitimate purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Testing compatibility of IPTV applications, devices, and internet speeds

  • Accessing content that is not prohibited in the Customer’s country

  • Using the service in compliance with copyright, broadcasting, and intellectual property laws applicable to their jurisdiction

Customers are solely responsible for verifying the legality of IPTV usage in their country.

 

Prohibited Use

The User shall not engage in any activity that constitutes misuse of IPTV services, including:

Copyright and Intellectual Property Violations

Users may not:

  • Access, view, or stream content without appropriate licensing or rights

  • Use the service to unlawfully circumvent broadcast restrictions

  • Record, download, redistribute, restream, or rebroadcast IPTV streams

  • Use IPTVBLAZE services in a manner that infringes upon the rights of copyright holders or broadcasters

Unauthorized Technical Activities

Users may not:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, decode, or manipulate M3U URLs, Xtream codes, or Portal logins

  • Share, publish, sell, trade, or transfer subscription details to others

  • Use VPNs or proxies for unlawful circumvention of geographical restrictions

Unlawful Behavior

Users may not use the service for:

  • Any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

  • Any activity prohibited by local, national, or international law

  • Violating digital rights management (DRM) or encryption protections

Such actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Trial M3U Links Fair Use

Trial access provided by IPTVBLAZE is subject to strict fair use limits:

  • Trial M3U URLs are intended solely for technical testing

  • They must not be used for accessing copyrighted or geo-restricted media

  • Users must not share, republish, or misuse trial links

  • Trial links are provided “as is” from Third-Party Providers; IPTVBLAZE has no control over their content

Any misuse may result in permanent denial of service.

Bandwidth and Network Usage

To maintain stable service from Third-Party Providers, Customers must not:

  • Use automated scripts, bots, or devices to mass-stream

  • Access the service simultaneously on more devices than permitted

  • Consume excessive bandwidth that disrupts other users

Unreasonable usage may lead to temporary or permanent suspension.

No Reselling or Redistribution

Customers are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reselling IPTV access

  • Sharing or leasing accounts

  • Offering subscriptions as part of other services

  • Using content for commercial or public viewing without authorization

All subscriptions provided via IPTVBLAZE are licensed for personal, private use only.

Responsibility and Liability

Users understand and agree that:

  • IPTVBLAZE is not responsible for how users utilize third-party IPTV services

  • Users must comply with all laws regarding streaming, copyright, and digital media

  • Users bear full legal responsibility for their actions

  • Anyone found abusing the service may have their access revoked with no refund

Violations and Enforcement

IPTVBLAZE reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this Policy

  • Deny future access to users who misuse services

  • Cooperate with legal authorities when required by law

  • Modify this Policy at any time without notice

Violations may result in immediate account termination.
