IPTVBLAZE is an independent reseller of IPTV subscription access provided exclusively by third-party vendors (“Third-Party Providers”).
IPTVBLAZE does not:

Host, store, manage, or distribute audiovisual content

Own or control television channels, streams, servers, or media libraries

Create or modify playlists, streams, channels, or media

Provide copyrighted content

Hold any broadcasting license

IPTVBLAZE only delivers technical access supplied by Third-Party Providers.

 

Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

Ensure that their use of any IPTV service complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.

Understand that IPTVBLAZE has no control over channel availability, quality, or the nature of content delivered by Third-Party Providers.

Accept full responsibility for the content they choose to access using any IPTV service.

Not use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized purposes.

Verify the legality of IPTV services in their own country before purchase.

In order to become a member and utilize the IPTV BLAZE services, you must be 18 years old or older.

No Ownership or Control Over Content

IPTVBLAZE expressly disclaims any responsibility for:

Copyrighted or region-restricted content accessed through Third-Party Providers

Any alleged infringement related to channels, streams, or media

Changes, interruptions, removals, or modifications made by Third-Party Providers

Accuracy, authenticity, or legality of content accessible through any IPTV service

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of its respective owners.

 

Service Availability and Technical Performance

The Service is provided strictly “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.

IPTVBLAZE does not guarantee:

Uninterrupted service

Channel availability

Channel stability or quality

Server uptime or technical performance

Compatibility with specific devices, apps, or software

Third-Party Providers retain full control over their service infrastructure.

 

M3U Trial Links and Test Access

IPTVBLAZE may issue temporary M3U URLs (“Trial Links”) solely for the purpose of demonstrating technical compatibility of Third-Party services.

By requesting or using Trial Links, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

Trial Links are generated and supplied solely by Third-Party Providers, not IPTVBLAZE.

IPTVBLAZE does not host or transmit any media associated with Trial Links.

IPTVBLAZE does not preview, modify, store, or control content accessible through Trial Links.

Trial Links are intended only as short-term technical demonstrations, not as access to media.

Any content accessed through Trial Links remains the Customer’s sole responsibility.

 

Use of Logos, Bouquet Images, and Trademarks

The IPTVBLAZE website may display certain channel logos, bouquet images, or trademarks (“Media Marks”) solely for descriptive and informational purposes.

IPTVBLAZE:

Does not claim ownership of any Media Marks

Uses Media Marks only to illustrate the types of content Third-Party Providers may offer

Does not imply endorsement, affiliation, partnership, or license with any rights holder

Does not store, provide, or distribute the media associated with the Media Marks

All Media Marks remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

Any rights holder may request changes or removal at any time.

Third-Party Providers

All IPTV streams, channels, playlists, and media originate solely from Third-Party Providers.
IPTVBLAZE has no operational, editorial, or managerial control over:

Content offered

Channel lineup

Media libraries

Technical performance

Server infrastructure

The Customer’s relationship to the content is directly with the Third-Party Provider.

 

Payment, Delivery, and Account Activation

IPTV subscriptions are delivered digitally.

Delivery times may vary based on Third-Party Provider processing speeds.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their device/software supports M3U, Xtream, or Portal formats.

 

Refund Policy

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products:

All sales are final.

Issues caused by blocking, device incompatibility, or Third-Party Provider decisions are not grounds for refunds.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPTVBLAZE shall not be liable for:

Any actions or content delivered by Third-Party Providers

Copyright or trademark claims arising from content accessed by Customers

Legal actions taken against Customers for inappropriate or unlawful use

Losses or damages related to service disruptions, channel changes, or quality issues

Device failures or incompatibilities

Reliance on information displayed on the IPTVBLAZE website, including Media Marks

Any use of IPTV services is entirely at the Customer’s own risk.

Indemnification

The Customer agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless IPTVBLAZE, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, legal fees, or penalties arising from:

Their use of IPTV services

Their misuse of Trial Links or M3U URLs/ XTREAM Codes

Their violation of applicable laws

Content they access or view

Any intellectual property claims involving Third-Party Provider content

This obligation survives account termination.

Modifications to Terms

IPTVBLAZE reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without notice.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
